What this site is

PCS Claim is self-help software. It presents published Department of Defense moving-program rules applied to facts you enter, and formats documents from your own entries. It is operated independently and is not affiliated with the Department of Defense or any military branch.

You file your own claim

Everything this site produces is a document you download and submit yourself. The site never files, transmits, or communicates anything to a moving company, government system, or any third party on your behalf, and nothing it generates may be addressed to a government office.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using it creates no attorney-client relationship. Deadlines, thresholds, and rules are presented as published information tied to shipment facts. For advice about your situation, contact your legal assistance office.

The paid packet builder

The packet builder is a one-time $29 purchase — no subscription, no recurring charge. It formats an evidence PDF, paste-ready text blocks, a drafted damage statement you edit and adopt as your own, and a counteroffer letter draft addressed to the moving company. The first item is available to preview before payment. The deadline calculator is free and requires no payment.

Your entries, your review

Documents are generated from what you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for reviewing every generated document before you use it — each export requires you to confirm you adopt the contents as your own statement. Meeting any deadline remains between you and the parties to your claim.

Refunds

A 24-hour, no-questions refund applies to the packet builder. See the refund policy page or email support@pcsclaim.com.

Payments

Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Card details go to Stripe, not to us. We verify only that a checkout session was paid.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." Published rules change, and while every rule shown is verified against primary sources on a stated date (see the methodology page), accuracy is not guaranteed — verify specifics with your transportation office, military claims office, or legal assistance office. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCS Claim's total liability arising out of use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of PCS Claim will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Changes to these terms

Updates to these terms are posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
