24 hours, no questions
If you purchased the packet builder within the last 24 hours, email us and the full $29 is refunded — no reason required, no form to fill out.
How to request one
Email support@pcsclaim.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt number. Refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.
After 24 hours
The no-questions window is 24 hours, but if something is wrong, email support@pcsclaim.com anyway and say what happened.
The calculator is always free
The deadline calculator never requires payment, an account, or an email address — there is nothing to refund.
